Meet Your Loan Officer | Ed Moloney
Ed has been a mortgage professional for 13+ years serving customers throughout Massachusetts. He calls Cape Cod home, and his office is in East Falmouth. Ed’s goal with every transaction is 100% satisfaction for his customers and business partners. His philosophy of mortgage education means his customers can be confident in their mortgage decision. Communication at every step of the process ensures his customers and industry partners are never in the dark. He’s an expert with first-time homebuyer, VA, and FHA mortgage programs. A past career in accounting allows him to approach the business of mortgages differently than other mortgage professionals. When he’s not helping people with their home financing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children out on their boat, clamming, and fishing.
Ed and his team are great. He was quick to return calls and emails. Had our mortgage ready to close a month early. Ed was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend him to friends. He made buying our first house easy and stress free.
Working with Ed made the re-financing process stress free. He was knowledgeable, accessible, extremely responsive, patient, and kind. He provided direction without being pushy or overbearing. Ed followed up to ensure that we had the information we needed. I would absolutely recommend Ed to others looking for a lender.
This was the first house my wife and I purchased, and we were nervous and had many questions. Ed and his team at GMH were extremely attentive and were able to answer all of our questions immediately throughout the entire process. Any time of day, they were there to put our minds at ease.
